Important Dates & Registration Process

Registration Period: 30 June 2026 to 30 October 2026.

Method: Online via the P1 Registration Portal (go.gov.sg/moe-p1-reg-portal).

Requirements: A valid Singpass with 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). Only one parent needs to log in and submit the registration.
(Only Singaporeans and permanent residents are allowed to apply)

Phase 3 Primary 1 Registration process for International Students (IS):

Eligibility & Allocation: Phase 3 takes place after all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents have been allocated school places. School admission is not guaranteed due to limited remaining vacancies.

Two-Step Registration Process:

Submit Indication of Interest (19–25 May 2026): Complete the online form at www.moe.gov.sg/primary/p1-registration/international-students between 19 May (9:00 AM) and 25 May (4:30 PM). Missing this deadline forfeits eligibility for Phase 3.

MOE Notification (By October 2026): MOE will email applicants to notify them if a P1 place is available and provide instructions on how to register with the assigned school.
